We have participated in the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation, Section 237, 221(d) and other programs to create projects, generally 200 units or less, with values under $20 million. We have worked with non-profit organizations and have syndicated investor groups to finance projects.
I have worked with public housing agencies throughout the Bay Area and has participated in and spoken at public hearings dealing with affordable housing. I was a speaker at hearings before the Millennial Housing Commission hearings authorized by the United States Congress in June, 2001. The proceedings of that session are available by clicking here.
We have a particular interest in projects with an emphasis on innovation, energy and resource conservation, and are interested in housing and community development projects anywhere in the world.
